Este escrito está hecho por un amigo mio ,ya jubilado ,,que en su juventud fue ciclista amateur y que ahora, a vuelto a la bici y plasma sus impresiones en escritos como ,éste.
Ahora que ya peino canas y dispongo del tiempo necesario para entrenar, quiero hacer llegar a éste, nuestro querido mundo del ciclotursmo y a los amantes de este excepcional deporte, mi visión sobre la práctica y uso de esta actividad deportiva, que tantas alegrías, satisfacciones y ventajas saludables aporta, si se hacen los entrenamientos como es debido.
Estas reflexiones van dirigidas especialmente a aquellos que practicamos cicloturismo de mantenimiento, que nuestro entrenamiento no se basa ni en piques ni en altas velocidades, y que cuando terminamos, tenemos esa sensación de bienestar tanto física como psiquicamente. Nada tienen que con aquellos que hacen ese ciclo turismo competitivo que, más bien,parece que tienen el resquemor de no haber sido y que quieren hacer , ahora que se les ha pasado el arroz, ,lo que cuando tenían que hacerlo lo hecho no lo hicieron o no pudieron.
Para nosotros los que entendemos que no debemos darnos esos sofocantes, nos da tiempo para apreciar y gustar de ese binomio ciclista-bicicleta hombre y máquina, en comunión, bien acoplados,formando un solo cuerpo, y disfrutar de esos silencios,momentos mágicos, donde solamente escuchamos el ruido de los piñones con la cadena ,el movimiento de los cambios,el roce de los neumáticos con el asfalto, y ese viento que produce la velocidad imprimida junto a los incomparables paisajes que, gratuitamente, nos ofrece nuestra querida tierra,hacen que cada salida sea un goce y disfrute que me gustaría contagiar.Animo a todos a descubrir estas buenas vibraciones .
